They have implemented more BSM solutions than any other company, helping customers to monitor, manage and report on the availability and performance of online trading, customer relationship management, corporate e-mail and many other services. However, new and bigger companies are now populating the BSM space, and Managed Objects needed to take immediate action to protect its current position. TaskTo raise awareness of Managed Objects' BSM solution amongst medium/large UK companies in readiness for future product releases. ProgramSponsorship of the Infoconomy 'Effective IT Report'. A new trade press advertisement was developed and ran within issues of Infoconomy, plus premium positions within the accompanying Feb 04' survey. It was extremely important that the creative immediately communicated the main benefit of the solution and acted as a visual signature. This was transferred onto a mixture of online banners and skyscrapers on prime IT sites, used to promote future webinars. The campaign also included substantial PR activity. |
