Background:

The National Domelight Company (NDC) is a specialist supplier of domelights, rooflights, skylights and smoke vents, to roofing contractors and builders, developers of commercial and residential property, and to private homeowners.

Challenge:

To develop a new brand strategy and subsequent identity that supported the company's growth strategy. Plus, reinforce its position with trade audiences as the supplier with the most comprehensive and affordable product range in the market.

Solution:

To develop a series of own-label brands that could sit next to recognised manufacturer brands, offering trade audiences the widest choice. The identity was refreshed and a new tagline developed: 'more choice, better prices'.

The rebrand program included a suite of new sales collateral, the majority of which required new studio product photography. Brand continuity was extended online.

Direct marketing activities included the creation of a new sales database; the design and production of a DM pack sent to Roofing Contractors; plus relationship building through regular online communications.
