Background:

PIMS-SCA is the leading risk management company, providing Fixed Fee, Over-Redemption and Prize Insurance to the Promotional Marketing, Digital, Gaming, Sports and Lottery markets worldwide.

Challenge:

PIMS-SCA has been a provider of risk management solutions for over 20 years, a fact that was starting to show in its then current corporate identity. They invited us to develop a new brand identity that would reflect their market leadership position.

Solution:

We took a 'seed of an idea' from the client and developed it into the current brand identity: a series of 6 coloured balls signifying 'promotions', plus the use of a highly stylised font. Much of their business is partnering promotional agencies and clients direct, which inspired the strapline: 'your silent partner'. The identity program included: new website, stationery items, sales collateral, online ads and exhibition support.

We've since developed campaign microsites to support niche products, supported their presence at various industry exhibitions, and recently completed a personalised lead generation campaign to promote its Fixed Fee product.
